Web and Mobile App

All functionality for all users in Cottage Companion is available as a web and mobile app: property owners can create and track requests on the go and maintenance company users can schedule and assign work orders in the office

Real Time Notifications

Both property owners and maintenance company users can receive realtime notifications when the status changes on a work order or when a note has been added to a work order

Increased Efficiency and Capacity

Replaces multiple texts, emails and calls with a centralized list of all work orders and the ability to provide real time updates to the cottage owners. A web app and dashboard helps the Property Maintenance office to monitor and plan for new, outstanding and completed work orders.
